OPPORTUNITY | First Team Goalkeeping Coach

We are seeking a passionate and experienced First Team Goalkeeping Coach to join our coaching staff. Working alongside the Head of Goalkeeping, you will train and prepare our goalkeepers for First Team games.

 

Job Title: First Team Goalkeeping Coach

 

Position Type: Part-Time (Paid) 

Training Nights: Mondays & Thursdays

Match Days: Variable but must be available for all away games

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement specialised training programmes for our current first-team goalkeepers.

  • Conduct regular training sessions focusing on technical skills, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning.

  • Provide personalised feedback and one-on-one coaching to goalkeepers, highlighting areas for improvement and strengths.

  • Collaborate with the manager and other staff members to integrate goalkeeping training into the broader team strategy.

  • Monitor and assess goalkeeper performance during training and matches.

  • Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages continuous development and a winning mindset.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching methodologies, techniques, and technology in goalkeeping.

  • Work alongside and collaborate with our Head of Goalkeeping.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Goalkeeping Coach, preferably at National League level.

  • Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., Level 2, UEFA B or A Licence).

  • Deep understanding of the technical, tactical, and psychological aspects of goalkeeping.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate players.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Within commutable distance to Hemel Hempstead Town FC

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

OPPORTUNITY | Matchday Hospitality Chef

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Matchday Hospitality Chef to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional matchday experiences for our guests and our hospitality services are a key part of this.

 

Job Title: Matchday Hospitality Chef

 

Position Type: Part-Time

Availability: Saturday Home Games & Midweek Home Games

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality, tasty food for matchday hospitality.

  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to all food hygiene and health and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with the hospitality team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
     

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • A catering and hospitality qualification.

  • Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2.

  • Proven experience working as a chef.

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating tasty food.

  • A self-starter, able to take initiative to complete tasks.

  • Ability to cope under pressure in a calm and efficient manner, setting and meeting deadlines.
